The family wanted to create an English country garden for their wedding in whites, greens and pale pinks with all foliage to be picked from the client’s parkland. The brides favourite flowers are daisies because, as she quite rightly said, ‘they are happy flowers’ and the marquee was to have a ‘magicalness’ about it. We filled the church with garden flowers and pillars were hung with green trailing garlands. An English garden was created at the base of the chancel screen with branches, roses and clematis carefully winding in and around the delicate screen. The marquee was  transformed into a magical woodland of trees and garden flowers with candles and nightlights twinkling as the sun set and the stars shone.
